Applies to: Sophos Home Premium and Free (Windows)
You have installed Sophos Home but you are unable to open the software.
Sophos Home is not fully installed. The network connection may have been disrupted during the installation process.
To solve this issue:
- Right-click on the Sophos icon on the system tray and click Update Now.
If it does not solve the issue, proceed to the next step.
- Ensure your Internet connection is available and re-run the Sophos Home installer.
