Google Cloud Platform issue was addressed by Google and all Sophos Home services went back to normal on 2025-06-12 18:18 (all times are US/Pacific).

We are aware of a problem that was impacting https://my.sophos.com , which was related to a third party service - Google Cloud Platform. The problem also impacted purchases that needed to synchronize with Sophos through the cloud.
Customers may not have been able to authenticate/access their accounts while the issue took place.
New users might have encountered problems receiving new License Keys during that time.
This is not a Sophos issue, and we expect the problems to clear as soon as the Google Cloud Platform issue is fully fixed by the vendor https://status.cloud.google.com/
