This article applies to Sophos Home Premium Windows users
What's happening
In order to work around a Windows stop problem, we have temporarily disabled two features that were incompatible with the update:
Protect against Keyloggers (keyboard encryption)
Stop malicious USB devices (badUSB)
This is a temporary measure to prevent Sophos Home protected Windows computers from encountering system stop errors. We expect to have a fix and re-enable the two features within the next couple of months.
What do these features do? Am I still protected?
Whereas these two features will be disabled, all other Sophos Home layers will continue working to keep your computer secure.
Safe Browsing - Protect against Keyloggers

What to do next?
