What's happening
Sophos Home has detected a Potentially Unwanted Application (PUA). When you click Clean, you receive the message Manual Threat Cleanup Required, followed by:

This alert appears when Sophos Home detects a PUA but cannot remove it from its current location automatically.
What to do

- Hover the mouse over the threat's name to see its full path.
-
Click on the path to open it in finder.
If you cannot find the path on the Shield:
- Log in to your Sophos Home Dashboard
- Access the affected Mac and use the HISTORY tab to find the detection's full path.
- Copy it, then paste it in Spotlight.
(click on the magnifying glass at the top right --> paste the path and hit Enter to open the location in finder).
- Once at the correct location, find the threat, right-click on it Delete/Move to trash.
- Empty the trash.
- Ignore the detection in either the Sophos Home Shield, or the Dashboard, by clicking Ignore.
OR
- Run a Full System scan to ensure no more detections are present.
