Billing inquiries such as the following should be addressed by reaching out directly to cleverbridge via the link below:
- Changing billing options (ie. changing a credit card or changing from credit card to PayPal)
- Making changes to your subscription (ie. changing renewal / recurrent payment options /cancel)

Note: when you first purchase a Sophos Home Premium subscription, you will be sent an email from cleverbridge that contains a link you can use to contact their team to edit your payment options.
