Sophos Home subscriptions are purchased via the payment processor team cleverbridge. Any billing related inquiries need to be handled by them. Please access the link below to make any changes to your billing information/options:
Example of billing inquiries that cleverbridge will handle:
- Changing billing options (ie. changing a credit card or changing from credit card to PayPal)
- Making changes to your subscription (ie. changing renewal / recurrent payment options /cancel/refund)
- Declined purchases
- Unrecognized charges
- Refund requests (within 30 days of purchase).
Note: when you first purchase a Sophos Home Premium subscription, you will be sent an email from cleverbridge that contains a link you can use to contact their team to edit your payment options.
