Regarding Sophos Home payments
Sophos Home subscriptions are purchased through our payment processor, cleverbridge. When you buy a Sophos Home Premium subscription, you'll receive an email with a link to contact cleverbridge's team and edit your payment options.
Manage and review your subscription and license key
To review and manage your subscription, including finding your invoice/receipt, and your license key, follow these steps:
- Use the Purchase lookup tool to generate your subscription email.
- Check your emails for the generated Sophos Home order (the email comes from no-reply@cleverbridge.com, or renewals@email.home.sophos.com for renewals).

Important: To help protect your security, the email links generated with the Purchase Lookup tool will expire after 30 days. If this happens, simply generate a new email following the steps above.
Note: The license key will only appear in the order details for the initial purchase.
Payment updates and changes to user information
You can review your subscription information, deactivate or activate your subscription, and update payment information directly by clicking the Manage Subscription button in the Sophos Home dashboard. Please refer to the screenshots below:
Or use the links below to contact our billing vendor Cleverbridge directly to update or change your billing address or Email, payment information like credit card number, payment methods, and personal information. Keep in mind that these changes are made via our billing vendor, Cleverbridge.

Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel your account or request a refund, here's what you should know: Cancelling your account will stop it from renewing, and you can make changes to this at any time. If you’re looking for a refund, you can request one within 30 days of your purchase to get your money back. Follow the instructions to manage your cancellation or refund request:
