Sophos Home subscriptions are purchased through our payment processor team cleverbridge.
When you purchase a Sophos Home Premium subscription, you will receive an email from cleverbridge containing a link you can use to contact their team to edit your payment options.
To find your current subscription details, either check your emails for your Sophos Home order (the email comes from email@example.com), or use the Purchase lookup tool to re-send the email.

- Declined credit card
- Unrecognized charges
- Cancel subscription
- Refund requests (within 30 days of purchase)
