Regarding Sophos Home payments
Sophos Home subscriptions are purchased through our payment processor, cleverbridge. When you buy a Sophos Home Premium subscription, you'll receive an email with a link to contact cleverbridge's team and edit your payment options.
Find your subscription and license key
If you can't find the email from cleverbridge, or if the link has expired, you can always generate a new one to review and manage your subscription:
- Use the Purchase lookup tool to generate your subscription email.
- Check your emails for the generated Sophos Home order (the email comes from no-reply@cleverbridge.com, or renewals@email.home.sophos.com for renewals).
- Important: To help protect your security, the email links generated with the Purchase Lookup tool will expire after 30 days.
Payment updates and changes
To update your billing address or payment information (like credit card, payment method, address, or name), you'll need to use the links provided by cleverbridge. Here's how to get started:
- Change payment options for your order
- Declined credit card
- Unrecognized charges
- Contact cleverbridge to update your billing information
Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel your account or request a refund, here's what you should know: Cancelling your account will stop it from renewing, and you can make changes to this at any time. If you’re looking for a refund, you can request one within 30 days of your purchase to get your money back. Follow the instructions to manage your cancellation or refund request:
