Note: Sophos Home subscriptions are purchased through the payment processor team cleverbridge.
To find your current subscription details, either check your emails for your Sophos Home order (the email comes from firstname.lastname@example.org), or use the Purchase lookup tool

Example of billing inquiries that cleverbridge will handle:
- Changing billing options (changing a credit card or changing from credit card to PayPal)
- Making changes to your subscription (changing renewal / recurrent payment options /cancel/refund)
- Declined purchases
- Unrecognized charges
- Refund requests (within 30 days of purchase).
Note: when you purchase a Sophos Home Premium subscription, you will receive an email from cleverbridge containing a link you can use to contact their team to edit your payment options.
