Vulnerable status after upgrade
Some Mac users might see an orange/red shield and vulnerable protection message after the Sophos Home Mac upgrade, or when upgrading their macOS versions. These vary based on how impactful the update is, if it changes a lot of system settings, you might need to re-enable Sophos Home.
For video instructions, please see:

Network Filtering applications interference
Network filtering applications such as Little Snitch or VPN software running in tandem with Sophos Home or other software with network filtering capabilities, may trigger errors or not work at all. If you experience issues with Sophos Home or another network based program, we recommend either disabling or removing the other program and re-testing functionality.
