A confirmation is sent out to your email address upon creating a Sophos Home account. This is an extra security step to verify the process, and it needs to be completed in order for you to access your Sophos Home account.
How to confirm a Sophos Home account
- Log in to your email account
- Look for an email from no-reply@mail.home.sophos.com
Note: If you did not receive the email, it was likely intercepted by a spam/junk mail filter. These are some steps you can take to allow it to go through:
- Check your spam/junk mail AND check your junk mail settings.
- Turn off Spam filtering completely and re-trigger the confirmation email.
- Whitelist no-reply@mail.home.sophos.com per your email providers' settings. - Open the email and click the Confirm email button as shown below:
- After clicking on Confirm Email follow the steps to log in to your Sophos Home account
Resend the confirmation Email
If your email address has not been confirmed, you will receive the following message:
"Your email address has not been confirmed. Please click the link in the email we sent"
What to do
To resend confirmation email and fully activate your Sophos Home account:
- Access the Sign in page
- Enter your Sophos Home account email address and password
- Click on Click here to resend it as seen below:
- Log in to your email and look for the Sophos Home confirmation email (it comes from no-reply@mail.home.sophos.com) :
