Re-run the installer after 5 mins. If the problem persists, check https://centralstatus.sophos.com/ for ongoing issues, as well as Sophos Home support's page. If no problems are listed, contact support for assistance.

Check internet connection | There is an issue with your internet connection/ability to reach the Sophos servers. |
Check your internet connection is up and running. Ensure Sophos domains/ports are added to your firewall exclusions (only applies if using anything other than default OS firewalls) Try using a hotspot/or a different network connection and re-try installing. |

This message will appear for users who are re-installing Sophos Home , and have left overs from a previous installation. |
Option 1- Delete the Sophos folder located under Library/Application Support/Sophos
