Can I change my Sophos Home account email?
Yes.
- You can update your Sophos Home account email address in the Settings section of the Dashboard.
- If you are switching to a new email address, we also recommend updating your purchase (billing) email address to ensure uninterrupted service. For details, see: How can I update the data associated with my order?
How to change your Sophos Home account email?
- Sign in to your Sophos Home Dashboard
- Click your email address in the upper-right corner of the dashboard, then select My Account.
- Enter your Sophos Home account password to unlock the settings.
- Click the Edit button next to the email section.
- Enter your new email address and confirm it by typing it again.

Click Update when you're done.
- A verification code will be sent to your current email address.
- The code is valid for 10 minutes and will come from no-reply@mail.home.sophos.com
- The subject will be "Sophos Home - Change Email Verification Code: #####"

Follow the prompts to enter the verification code

When done, a confirmation message will appear stating: “Your new email address has been saved."
I have lost access to my email account
If you cannot access your old email account to retrieve the verification code, here are your options:

Free Users:
You will need to create a new account and re-protect your computers. There is no way to recover a free account. -
Premium Users:
- Open the Dashboard via the Sophos Home product to contact Sophos Home Support.
- If you are unable to sign in at all, type “I can’t sign in” into the Chatbot. You’ll be redirected to our Premium Account Access form.
