This article shows how to find your Sophos Home account email in the apps which is useful in troubleshooting technical issues.
To find the Sophos Home account email in the Sophos Home app:
Windows computers
Mac computers
Click the Sophos Home icon on the Menu bar to open the Sophos Home main window -> click the small person icon -> find your account email under "ACCOUNT OWNER".
Note: If you can't find the account email in the locations shown above, it means Sophos Home is not installed correctly, and reinstallation might be needed. Please contact Support or refer to installation-related articles to fix the issue.
