This article describes the steps to take if you are not receiving email responses from Sophos Home Support.
You request assistance from Sophos Home support via ticket, but you did not receive a response/email notification, (or have only received system automated emails).
The reason why this might happen is that the emails were likely intercepted by a spam/junk mail filter.
What to do
- Check your Email spam/junk mail folders for any Sophos emails
- Check your junk mail settings and ensure it allows domains such as sophos-home.zendesk.com
- If using very restrictive settings, turn off Spam filtering completely and send another ticket request to support, include a secondary email address if possible, so we can contact you in both places.
